What is your sourcing/authentication process?

We only purchase and sell authentic vintage designer and luxury items, standing firmly behind the authenticity of each piece we offer. Every item in our collection is handpicked. We draw inspiration from archived runway shows, vintage fashion magazines, stay informed on both current and upcoming trends and are highly selective with the pieces we curate. Upon arrival, each item undergoes a thorough inspection. We carefully examine every detail, from serial numbers and logo stamps to materials and hardware leaving nothing overlooked.

To provide our customers with extra peace of mind, we are proudly partnered with Entrupy, the industry leader in counterfeit detection. Using advanced AI technology and microscopy, Entrupy boasts a 99.1% accuracy rate in verifying the authenticity of luxury goods. What condition are the items in?

As a vintage boutique, the condition of each item varies depending on its age, usage, and how it has been cared for over time. We use the following terms to describe the condition of the items we list:

  • Dead Stock: Brand new, never worn, with original accessories and packaging.
  • NWT (New With Tags): Items that are new and still have their original tags attached.
  • Excellent: Showing minimal signs of wear.
  • Good: Pre-owned items that show normal signs of wear consistent with vintage goods.
  • Fair: Well-loved, with noticeable signs of wear.

We encourage you to review the item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as vintage items may have unique characteristics or signs of wear. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us If you have any questions or need additional details/photos before purchasing.

Can I cancel/exchange/return my order?

In line with majority of vintage sellers we have a strict final sale policy on all orders, no exceptions. To find out more about our final sale policy click here.

If you believe you've received the wrong item or feel that the item you purchased has been misrepresented it is essential you contact us within 2 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the vintage goods we sell and to mitigate the risk of fraud and other potential losses, we are unable to address post-purchase inquiries beyond this timeframe.

Where are orders shipped from?

We are based out of Montréal, Québec, Canada. All orders are shipped from our office here, local pick up is also available upon request. To find out more about our shipping policy please click here.
Are original boxes and/or other accessories included?

Due to the vintage/preloved nature of the goods we sell not all of them come with their original packaging and accessories. When included things such a box, dust bags, cards and receipts will be listed in the item description. 
What does ''vintage'' & ''archival'' means?

Vintage refers to items that are at least 20 years old and capture the essence of a particular era in fashion. These pieces are prized for their craftsmanship, quality, and the timeless style they offer. While we occasionally feature newer collections, our true passion lies in curating vintage pieces that have stood the test of time and will continue to inspire for decades to come.

Archival refers to pieces that are not only rare but often represent significant moments in fashion history. These items are often from past collections or collaborations and are prized due to their cultural or artistic importance. Archival fashion is typically more limited in availability, with pieces often being hard to find & no longer in production.
I am looking for a specific piece, can you find it for me?

We are happy to try and accommodate sourcing requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're looking for something specific, please reach out to us with details, and we'll let you know if we are able to help.
How can I sell to you/consign with you?

Got vintage items you'd like to sell? We'd love to see them! Please contact us via email at bonjourhi@mementocurator.com or via instagram DM with photos, and we'll be happy to provide a buyout price.

Please note that our focus is primarily on vintage items (20 years and older), so we are most likely not interested in purchasing pieces from recent collections.
