SHIPPING & RETURNS
As most vintage sellers, we have a strict final sale policy on all orders, no exceptions.
We encourage everyone who has any questions or needs help with their purchase to contact us before purchasing and are happy to provide additional photos and take measurements to help ensure the item you are interested in is right for you. Please note that unless stated otherwise all items are vintage/second hand and show signs of wear and tear.
- Returns: We do not accept returns for any products/services purchased from Memento Curator. All sales are final. Please review all product/service descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for any products/services once the purchase has been made. All transactions are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: We do not permit cancellations for any products/services once the order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please ensure that you are committed to your purchase before proceeding with the transaction.
- Restocking fee: In the event where the delivery of an item is declined resulting in the item being sent back to us a restocking fee of 30% of the order total as well as the shipping fee will be charged.

Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing shipment information. If applicable, a tracking number will be provided which can be used to track the shipment on the carrier's website. Please not that not all shipping options include tracking. We always recommend to choose a shipping option with tracking to help ensure your package a smooth journey to its new home.
Delivery Estimates:
- Delivery estimates provided during the checkout process are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.
Delivery Issues:
- In the event of a delivery issue such as a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
- Memento Curator is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier for delivery. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders sent back to seller:
- In the case where the package is sent back to us customers are responsible for covering the new shipping fees.
